Refund & Exchange Criteria

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

How to return or exchange your ordered item

  1. Inform us (via mail or call our customer care) about the product you want to return and our customer care operator will contact you within 24-hours of acknowledgment.
  2. Pack the product with a copy of original invoice and order details.
  3. Send the parcel on the address mentioned on the delivery package.
